In his newspaper articles, Paul referred to prayers for freeing oneself from demonic bondage and occult bindings.  Below is listed such a prayer.  It is rather lengthy, but powerful in the Spirit!  Please pray this prayer out loud and watch the freedom that will come.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you and repent and ask for cleansing by the blood of Jesus for all sinful, occult practices and idolatry of seeking information, knowledge, healing, comfort, identity or power from any occult, psychic, or secret source.  I repent of ever reading about the black arts, parapsychology, magic, or satanic rituals, including the Sixth and Seventh Book of Moses, the Satanic Bible, any books on false religions, and all other satanic books and writings.  I renounce all demonic beings associated with these practices.  I repent and renounce all sins and demonic spirits of divination, including palm reading, fortune telling, tarot card reading, the crystal ball or crystal gazing, candle gazing, Ouija boards, E.S.P., telepathy, horoscopes, tea leaf reading, automatic handwriting or spirit writing, astrology, water divining, and the rod and pendulum. 

I repent and renounce all sins and demons associated with trance channeling, consulting familiar spirits, clairvoyance, communication with the dead, séances, consulting counselors from the spirit realm, consulting wizards, ascended masters, spirit guides, wise masters, fortune tellers, witches, shamans, mediums or spiritists.  I repent and renounce all sins and demonic beings associated with occult or psychic healing practices including pow-wow healing, charming to heal, pendulum healing, magic healing, psychic healing, magnetism, or mesmerism. 

I repent and renounce all sins and demons attached to the use of occult power, casting spells, witchcraft, voodoo, black and white magic, Santeria, and other forms of local witchcraft.  I repent and renounce all sins and demons of magical or occult hypnosis, metaphysics or mind science, yoga, transcendental meditation, sorcery, astral projection and soul travel, table lifting, levitation, using pyramid power, mind control, amulets and charms, power crystals and religious medals. 

I repent and renounce all sins and demon power associated with heavy metal music, satanic rock and black rock, and all demonic role-play games, such as Dungeons and Dragons.  I repent and renounce all sins and spirits with secret oaths to pagan gods as part of initiation ceremonies into organizations, fraternities, sororities, and any other organization which practices these ceremonies.  I repent and renounce all sins and demonic power of being involved in or having contact with secret lodges or societies such as Free Masonry and their organizations including the Eastern Star, also Rosicrucians, Edgar Cayce’s teachings and readings, Erhard Seminars Training (E.S.T.), Scientology, Eastern Mysticism, Spiritism, Christian Science, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormonism, Unitarians, The Way, Unification Church, the New Age and its practices, or any religion or organization of an occult nature.  I repent and renounce ever taking part in any of these practices and organizations.  I repent of giving monies to these groups or organizations, and ask You, Lord, that the power of the curses that came upon my finances as a result now be broken.  

I ask You, Father, to forgive and restore me, in Jesus’ Name.  I take back all authority that I gave to the dark side, and now I break all bindings and attachments to me in Jesus’ Name.  I command in the authority of Jesus Christ of Nazareth that every occult  or witchcraft spirit release me and go from me now.  Separate from each other and leave in Jesus’ Name.  Father, I thank You for freedom this day.  -Hallelujah!  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
